Description

Deliciously nutritious protein balls made with raspberries, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, and shredded coconut.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey, then stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the raspberries and chopped nuts if using.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
