Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
