- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Pour the pomegranate sauce over the chicken.
