- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken strips onto skewers and grill until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, and chili paste. Mix until smooth.
- Serve chicken skewers with the peanut sauce for dipping.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
