Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Thai Chicken Satay served with a creamy peanut sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread chicken strips onto skewers and grill until fully cooked.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, and chili paste. Mix until smooth.
  4. Serve chicken skewers with the peanut sauce for dipping.
