This Easy Vegan Tiramisu is a delicious plant-based take on the classic Italian dessert, featuring layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy vegan mascarpone.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies (vegan)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee for a few seconds to soak.
- Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- The dessert tastes even better the next day!
