Description

This Easy Vegan Tiramisu is a delicious plant-based take on the classic Italian dessert, featuring layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy vegan mascarpone.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies (vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan cream cheese, powdered sugar, coconut cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the brewed coffee for a few seconds to soak.
  3. Layer half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • The dessert tastes even better the next day!
