Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, onions, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each bell pepper with the egg mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
