Description

A beautifully crafted tiramisu infused with rose flavor and adorned with delicate rose petals, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brewed rose tea, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Edible rose petals for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
  2. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine brewed rose tea and rose water.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger into the rose tea mixture quickly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and edible rose petals.

Notes

  • For a more intense rose flavor, adjust the amount of rose water to taste.
