Ingredients

- 6 egg yolks
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brewed rose tea, cooled
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
- Edible rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- In a shallow dish, combine brewed rose tea and rose water.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the rose tea mixture quickly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and edible rose petals.
Notes
- For a more intense rose flavor, adjust the amount of rose water to taste.
- Chill the tiramisu overnight for the best flavor and texture.
