Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and chard, cooking until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Stir in the cheese and wilted chard mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
