Description

These Espresso Hazelnut Energy Balls are a perfect blend of delicious flavors and energy-boosting ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until a dough forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
