- 1 cup raw hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup espresso powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For added flavor, roll the energy balls in cocoa powder or chopped nuts before refrigerating.
