Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and almond extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in dried fruit and nuts.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
