- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, goat cheese, provolone, marinara sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the cooked ziti to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some cooked Italian sausage or ground beef to the pasta mixture.
