Description

A delicious baked pasta dish featuring five different types of cheese, creating a rich and creamy flavor with a crispy topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, goat cheese, provolone, marinara sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the cooked ziti to the cheese mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
