Description

This Flourless Chai Spice Cake is a delightful blend of warm spices and rich flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chai spice mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, chai spice mix, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
