Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a blender, combine the cooked chickpeas, water, olive oil, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
- Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- This bread is best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
- Feel free to add herbs and spices for extra flavor.
