- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook sausage until browned.
- Add marinara sauce and spices to the sausage and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix rigatoni, sausage mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and feta cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.

- For added flavor, use spicy Italian sausage.
- You can substitute zucchini noodles for a low-carb option.
