Description

This hearty Four-Cheese Sausage Rigatoni is a rich blend of flavors that will satisfy your cheese cravings.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook sausage until browned.
  4. Add marinara sauce and spices to the sausage and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix rigatoni, sausage mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and feta cheese.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot.
