- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Arrange the strawberries in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the strawberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or dusted with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
