Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in red food coloring.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
