- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cut the cod fillets into strips and dip each strip into the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
