- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to low and add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley if using.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices for extra flavor.
