Description

Delicious and tender garlic butter steak bites, cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
  4. Flip the steak bites and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet.
  6. Cook, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley if using.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • For a medium-rare steak, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F.
