Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add suet and cook until melted.
- Stir in ginger, garlic, onion, and bell pepper; sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce; stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
