Succulent duck legs marinated in a flavorful ginger-soy glaze, perfect for a special dinner.

- 4 duck legs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place duck legs in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove duck legs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet. Reserve the marinade.
- Bake for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes to crisp the skin.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, allow the duck legs to marinate overnight.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
