Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen bananas and almond milk.
  2. Add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and maple syrup.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
