Instructions

- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped semisweet chocolate and vegetable oil. Melt until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
- Return the chocolate-covered truffles to the baking sheet and let set until the chocolate hardens.
