Description

Delicious bites made with creamy goat cheese and sweet figs, perfect for entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 8 figs, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Halve the figs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Stuff each fig half with the goat cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until warm.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
