- 8 figs, halved
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Halve the figs and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, honey, walnuts, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Stuff each fig half with the goat cheese mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
