Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal parts.
  4. Flatten each part and place a tablespoon of goat cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the beef around the cheese and form into a patty.
  6. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Assemble the burgers with arugula, sliced tomato, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
