- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal parts.
- Flatten each part and place a tablespoon of goat cheese in the center.
- Fold the beef around the cheese and form into a patty.
- Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with arugula, sliced tomato, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Notes
- For spicier burgers, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
