- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and stir until fully coated.
- Place wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
