Description

These Gochujang chicken wings are spicy, flavorful, and incredibly crispy. Perfect for parties or a fun weeknight dinner!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and stir until fully coated.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
