- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine goose fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
