Ingredients

  • 1 cup goose fat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine goose fat, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary.
