A delicious twist on classic Philly cheesesteak, these sloppy joes are packed with flavor and topped with gooey cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and beef broth; simmer until thickened.
- Spoon the mixture onto burger buns and top with provolone cheese.
- Serve hot.
