Description

A delicious and creamy cheesecake infused with green tea flavor, perfect for tea lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger green tea flavor, increase the matcha powder.
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey or fresh fruit on top.
  • Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter.
