Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made with green tea, lemon, and ginger.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed green tea
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the brewed green tea, honey, lemon juice, and grated ginger. Heat gently.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin powder with water and let it sit to bloom.
  3. Once the tea mixture is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
  5. Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container.

  • Store gummies in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference.
