A refreshing and healthy treat made with green tea, lemon, and ginger.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed green tea
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the brewed green tea, honey, lemon juice, and grated ginger. Heat gently.
- In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin powder with water and let it sit to bloom.
- Once the tea mixture is warm, add the bloomed gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
- Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Store gummies in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your preference.
