Ingredients

  • 2 pounds octopus tentacles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the octopus by cleaning and slicing it into tentacles.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Add smoked paprika and lemon juice to the butter mixture.
  4. Season octopus tentacles with salt and brush them with the smoky butter mixture.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes on each side.
