Description

Deliciously seasoned grilled pork ribs with a flavorful blend of salt and smoked paprika, perfect for any barbecue occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the pork ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
  5. Cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and have a nice char.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate the ribs with the spice rub overnight.
  • Adjust the cayenne pepper based on your heat preference.
