- 2 racks pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the pork ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down.
- Cook for about 2 hours, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and have a nice char.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the ribs with the spice rub overnight.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper based on your heat preference.
