- 2 swordfish steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
- Season swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill swordfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with garlic butter glaze.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
