Description

A delicious grilled swordfish recipe topped with a rich garlic butter glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
  4. Season swordfish steaks with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill swordfish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with garlic butter glaze.
  6. Remove from the grill and drizzle with remaining glaze before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • Serve with grilled vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
