Description

A refreshing and vibrant dish of Hamachi Crudo served with a tangy Yuzu Ponzu sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces fresh Hamachi, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons Yuzu juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small piece of daikon, julienned
  • 1/4 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Yuzu juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the ponzu sauce.
  2. Arrange the sliced Hamachi on a plate.
  3. Drizzle the ponzu sauce over the Hamachi.
  4. Garnish with scallions, daikon, and red chili if using.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
