Ingredients

- 8 ounces fresh Hamachi, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons Yuzu juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 small piece of daikon, julienned
- 1/4 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Yuzu juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the ponzu sauce.
- Arrange the sliced Hamachi on a plate.
- Drizzle the ponzu sauce over the Hamachi.
- Garnish with scallions, daikon, and red chili if using.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
