- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- Add the crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and diced strawberries; gently mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
