Description

Delicious and healthy banana ice cream bars made with just a few simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Add bananas, almond milk, vanilla, honey, and peanut butter to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in chopped nuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
