This refreshing peach cherry salsa is a perfect topping for grilled chicken or fish, or enjoy it with tortilla chips!
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced peaches
- 1 cup diced cherries
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the peaches, cherries, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with grilled chicken, fish, or tortilla chips.

- Feel free to add jalapeño for a spicy kick.
- This salsa is best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
