- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and mix well.
- Add maple syrup, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to form the base.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Remove the base from the fridge and pour the melted chocolate over the top, spreading it evenly.
- Return to the fridge for another 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Cut into bars and serve!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute almond flour for oat flour if preferred.
