Ingredients

- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches each.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, basil, and garlic powder.
- Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form triangles and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
