- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup almond paste
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar.
- Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Press dough into mini muffin tins.
- In another bowl, mix almond paste, eggs, and almond extract.
- Fill each crust with almond mixture.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
