Ingredients

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon probiotic powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the almonds in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the almonds, then blend them with 4 cups of water until smooth.
- Strain the almond mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag to extract the milk.
- Mix in the probiotic powder and maple syrup, if using.
- Pour the mixture into a clean jar and cover it with a cloth.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours to ferment.
- Once fermented, refrigerate the yogurt for a few hours before serving.
