Description

A creamy and delicious yogurt made with almond milk, perfect for breakfast or snacking!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon probiotic powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in water overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the almonds, then blend them with 4 cups of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the almond mixture through a cheesecloth or nut milk bag to extract the milk.
  4. Mix in the probiotic powder and maple syrup, if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a clean jar and cover it with a cloth.
  6. Let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours to ferment.
  7. Once fermented, refrigerate the yogurt for a few hours before serving.
