Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate, melted
  • food coloring (yellow and orange)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together powdered sugar, softened butter, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Leave one bowl white and tint the other with yellow food coloring for the yolk.
  3. Shape the white mixture into egg shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Use the yellow mixture to create smaller shapes for the yolks and press them into the white egg shapes.
  5. Chill the eggs in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Dip the cooled eggs in melted chocolate, coating them completely.
  7. Let the chocolate set before serving.
