Delicious and chewy homemade peach rings that are free from corn syrup, perfect for a sweet treat!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine peach juice, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat gently until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Whisk in the gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Pour into gummy molds and refrigerate until set.
