Ingredients

- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate and coat well.
- Return to the parchment-lined sheet and allow to set.
