A flavorful Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, almonds, and garlic.
Ingredients

- 2 roasted red peppers
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Roast red peppers and tomatoes until charred.
- Peel and seed the roasted peppers.
- In a blender, combine roasted peppers, tomatoes, almonds, garlic, red wine vinegar, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
- Blend until smooth, adding salt to taste.
- Serve with your favorite dishes.
