Description

A flavorful Spanish sauce made with roasted red peppers, tomatoes, almonds, and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Roast red peppers and tomatoes until charred.
  2. Peel and seed the roasted peppers.
  3. In a blender, combine roasted peppers, tomatoes, almonds, garlic, red wine vinegar, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding salt to taste.
  5. Serve with your favorite dishes.
