- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with fresh sage until fragrant.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the sage butter.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can be frozen after baking for later use.
