Decadent chocolate truffles infused with the delicate flavor of honey and lavender.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling. Remove from heat and add the honey and lavender, let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the lavender and pour the cream mixture over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, use a melon baller or teaspoon to scoop out small balls and roll them in your hands to shape them into truffles.
- Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or chopped nuts to coat.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- Make sure to use culinary lavender for the best flavor.
- Truffles can be made ahead of time and stored for up to a week.
