Description

This Honey Sriracha Salmon is a sweet and spicy dish that’s perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt.
  4. Pour the honey sriracha mixture over the salmon.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
