Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup hot honey


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in buttermilk and hot honey until just combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out to about 1-inch thick and cut into desired shapes.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Brush with additional hot honey before serving.
