- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until soft.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook them until browned.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the chicken breasts.
- Wrap each chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms in puff pastry.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with Dijon cream sauce.
