Description

These candied bacon crackers are a delightful mix of sweet and salty, making them the perfect snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 package crackers (your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bacon.
  4. If desired, sprinkle black pepper on top of the brown sugar.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Once cooled, cut the bacon into smaller pieces and place on top of the crackers.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
