These candied bacon crackers are a delightful mix of sweet and salty, making them the perfect snack for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 package crackers (your choice)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the bacon.
- If desired, sprinkle black pepper on top of the brown sugar.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Once cooled, cut the bacon into smaller pieces and place on top of the crackers.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
