These decadent Orange Creamsicle Truffles are a delicious treat combining the flavors of orange and cream.

- 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed vanilla wafers, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the truffles to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate to coat completely and return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
- Serve and enjoy!
